She has successfully advised her clients on tailored investment solutions across key asset classes, facilitating transactions exceeding $10 million. Mary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Federal University of Technology, Yola, Nigeria. She furthered her education with certifications in Real Estate Development & Investment from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and Financial Management from Kellstadt Graduate Business School, Chicago. She later earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Henley Business School at the University of Reading, England.

A co-author of a research study on labor force participation among married women in Adamawa State, Mary is also a recipient of the World Bank-assisted programme, Youth Enterprise with Innovation in Nigeria (YouWiN) award and the Leo Harvard Scholarship from the United States. She is an active member of Women in Property UK, a network dedicated to supporting women professionals in property and construction.
